i got up this morning at 5:15 am. the sun was not up. it was still pitch dark. i showered and got dressed. the sun was still not up. i packed my bag and got in the car to come to work and not only was the sun not up but the stop lights by the house were not working because they do not anticipate people driving that early in the morning. it wasn't until halfway to galveston that the sun came up. 

i am here an hour earlier than usual and i am already done with half of the lab stuff that i have to do today. this sucks so bad. i think i will take a nap or something.
