so i don't know if you remember but a few weeks ago i got my ulta package and they forgot to send me the free elizabeth arden gift that i was supposed to get. so, i called them and they said that they would send a voucher that i could take to the store and claim it ... it still hasn't come and not i am on hold AGAIN to try and talk to a representative. this is annoying.
