i forgot about my other good news ... 

in our house, my dad is responsible for the mail. if he thinks it is junk mail, we may never even see it ... when we went out for lunch today my dad drove and i sat in the back because there are bigger people who needed to sit in the front seat. anyway, in the back seat i found a postcard from starbucks that i'd never seen before ... it turns out that it was a coupon for a free drink of my choice ... good job dad for almost losing me a drink! but, i saved it and am planning my upcoming trip!
